Commercial HQ Match Report

       Another strong home performance saw the Commercial take two more points off the Wykebeck Arms, the soon to be champions of Division Two. It was a tight game all the way as both side played some good football as well as getting stuck in. Antony Jones broke the dead lock. He drove home from the edge of the box as Paul Simon took a quick free kick.

       Commercial looked to press home their advantage in the second half but found the Wykebeck defence a tough nut to crack. Then as it looked as though the home side had all three points, Wykebeck struck late on to take a point home with them. But all in all Commecial can be proud of their efforts against Wykebeck, as they are the only team in the league that the soon to be champions did not beat, as well as beating them 3-0 in the Presidents Trophy!
